OPENING TIMES

9am-2pm

This is a morning event which tends to end around 1pm. 

TRADE, AUTOJUMBLE AND RETAIL

The event features 80-100 trade and autojumble stalls selling items including hard-to-find parts and accessories, tools, made-while-you-wait number plates, books and manuals, polishes and detailing equipment, memorabilia, vintage items and antiques.

Stalls are located within the Wye Halls and also the immediate outside and hardstanding.

FOOD AND DRINK, TOILETS

Food and drink are available from on-site catering facilities including take away and sit down facilities.

Permanent toilets are located on site beside the Wye Halls.

THE GROUNDS AND VISITOR INFORMATION

The event is located in the grounds of the Three Counties Showground, Malvern, WR13 6NW. The Wye Halls provide shelter from the weather and accommodates up to 80 stalls. Subject to the weather, further stalls will be located outside also.

OTHER INFORMATION – DOGS, CAR PARKING ETC

We are a very dog friendly organisation and dogs are allowed at the event. We kindly ask that visitors keep their dogs on leads at all times and use the on-site dustbins to dispose of any dog waste.

Ample car parking is available and upon arrival at the venue. Upon arrival visitors will be directed into the car park by event stewards, will park their vehicles and walk into the event. Visitor parking is free for all events run by Classic Shows at Three Counties Showground.

DIRECTIONS

The Three Counties Showground is well signposted from all major routes including the A449 and the B4208. Follow the brown tourism signs and when approaching the venue follow the hi-vis classic vehicle event signs to enter via the Brown Gate.  

WHY TRADE WITH CLASSIC SHOWS?

Classic Shows events offer an ideal opportunity to sell, or promote to, a large number of classic car and motorcycle enthusiasts including vehicle owners (exhibitors) and members of the general public (visitors). Common items for sale include hard-to-find parts, merchandise, memorabilia, manuals / books, signs, number plates, polishes and detailing items, vintage/antique items and Americana.

In addition, the event also attracts family and day visitors providing further opportunities including craft items, gifts, photographs and posters, clothing and confectionery (fudge, cakes etc).

As Classic Shows events are located at some of the UK’s most prestigious country homes and venues, the events attract a strong ABC1 / professional / high disposable income demographic which in turn presents the perfect opportunity to achieve event profile or sales from a qualified audience.

TRADING PITCHES

Pitches are 6x6m (or multiples thereof) and can be booked inside the Wye Hall or outside on the uncovered hard standing located immediately adjacent to the Wye Halls. There are approximately 80 trading spaces available inside the Wye Hall and plenty of space available outside. Vehicles can be driven into the Wye Halls and remain on trading stalls throughout event day.

Indoor trading pitches can be reserved by booking and making payment in advance of the event - see the downloads section for a floor plan of the Wye Halls.

We have plenty of outdoor pitches, so don’t expect to run out, but if you would like a particular pitch it’s best to arrive early as we do not reserve outside pitches in advance (other than for Premium Trade – see below).

PREMIUM TRADE

At all events we have identified those trading locations which offer the highest footfall and / or greatest trading profile, for example those locations adjacent to the judging arena, catering village or on the end of a trade row. These locations are ideal for traders wishing to maximise the trading opportunity by promoting a new product launch, product placements or special offers.

Premium trade pitches start from 6x6m and multiple spaces are also available. Spaces are allocated and reserved in advance. A site map is available for each event identifying the premium trading locations – see the Booking Form section of the website for further details.

COST PER PITCH

Trade and Autojumble prices are unchanged from 2016.

Autojumble is classed as any item which can be screwed, welded, bolted or otherwise affixed to a classic car or bike, plus repair manuals and parts lists. All other items are classified as trade (such as tools and accessories, books and literature, brochures, toys and models).
